That is TOO EXPENSIVE!
Under NO Circumstances Would I Use The Pay Per File Plan
Even at low volume it is far too expensive per record.
All you do is pay for the monthly subscription for 3 months and then cancel.
This is all you need unless you doing A LOT of email sending.
If You Send More Than 100K Emails Per Month
If you are sending a high volume of emails and doing it every month then you should avoid the monthly subscription because it will still be too expensive.
For high volume you should sign up for the More API Subscription. This will give you volume discounts. The more emails that you verify, the lower the cost per email.
